Refund policy

Returns eligibility

Due to hygiene and skincare safety reasons, Luxe Vibes Cosmetics only accepts returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with opened packaging.

Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The original packaging must be available
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided
  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or opened package received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or opened upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately with photos of:

  • The product received
  • Outer shipping packaging
  • Order details

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Used sheet masks
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Return requests submitted after 2 days of delivery

Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Cancellation policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
